There are a ton of homeschooling resources and these are just some of my favorites. Hope you enjoy what I've put together and can find the most for your home school program. There are a lot more things also all over our website - some on a free downloads page and we'll be adding lots more for you to add to your homeschool curriculum. Thanks for stopping by and come back often. :)
One of my favorite resources is The Old Schoolhouse - they have a ton of great homeschool products and information. They have a very popular and informative homeschool magazine - that you can get either in print or digital. In addition there are some great, free e-newsletters that you can sign-up for with a lot of homeschool freebies packed in there. They also have a store filled with a bunch of great books, original ebooks and too much more for me to list!
If you're looking for a high quality and hard to find music instruction for your kids - you've found it. Your kids can learn and master the guitar or piano with the excellent curriculum package for your homeschool. Each set includes DVDs, a teacher's manual, jam along CDs and a lesson book - with a money back guarantee. You'll save time and money with having and instuctor right there - able to be paused and rewatched - over paying the high cost for lessons and driving back and forth. You just can't go wrong with these music instruction sets!
For a bunch of low cost, easy to use homeschool curriculums put together in one place from Amazon - check out BooksN'Games.com. There you can find homeschool games, educational toys and more. It's all organized by subject, including Phys. Ed. and Foreign Languages. Hope you like it!
I also want to tell you about my favorite Math program for the upper grades, for 6th and on. It's a fantastic and well put together program with DVDs and printable worksheets. It's called Systematic Mathematics. Not only is it much nicer to have a math teacher right in your own home teaching all the concepts that you've totally forgotten, but it's also a much better math program than your going to get anywhere. His system of teaching is better than any I've seen and my daughter, who is non-math oriented, (like her mother... :), is able to understand what is being taught. Take a look at the free Diagnosing Pages and see what I mean - I found it fascinating.
